is designed as an initial portfolio of capacity building interventions that through our consultancy methodology can be expanded and customized to meet your specific needs. We understand that organizational capacity cannot be viewed in isolation from the environment that it operates. From our experience of working within emerging, fragile and post-conflict countries we know the challenges of people development and organizational capacity, and have solutions to overcome them.
Our delivery approaches can be hands-on internally driven working alongside stakeholders modeling, coaching and mentoring, or externally-facilitated, or a mix of both. All our assignments are project managing with monitoring and evaluating key deliverables against agreed impact measures.
