At Engage our coaching capacity interventions support the embedding of a coaching mindset into your senior leadership and management teams giving them the skills needed to act as internal mentors and coaches to their teams across the organization.  
The coaching culture is a processes that works side-by-side with leaders and managers to help them experience coaching and its benefits. By offering coaching training, supervision and assessment you organization can build a pool of certified internal coaches, who in addition to trained managers will develop a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and performance.

Stakeholder Connection Session

The Sponsor (line-Manager), Coachee and OD & Learning Specialist to meet for the purpose of outlining the desired coaching/mentoring goals. 


Psychometrics & 360 Feedback

If a psychometric or 360 tool is being used then feedback will will be given by the OD & Learning Specialist to the Coachee. 


Psychometric Tools

Coaching or Mentoring Agreement

The first session the coach/mentor and coachee will will agree goals, schedule and framework for each session. 


Coaching or Mentoring Sessions Begin

Usually between 3-6 session for 1 ½ each based on goals. 

Stakeholder Closure & Evaluation

Includes stakeholders to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of coaching sessions

TEAM COACHING


At Engage our Team Coaching program is designed to maximize collaboration and performance across your teams. Our team coaching experts will work with your team to effectively use their shared capabilities, experience and interpersonal skills that best supports them reaching their goals.    

The coach can introduce new ideas and see opportunities to improve team performance. Team coaching focus includes:
