Engage was hired by TechnoServe to support a high-profile program in Tanzania. With key focus on building collaboration between implementation partner teams. 

TechnoServe as part of a joint partnership to manage and deliver the ‘Tuboresh Chakula’ US Aid project within Tanzania, identified the need to enhance team collaboration and communication between the different components of the project.  

Engage solutions were comprehensive based on the consultants’ experience, training, and insights about organizations and team performance . Engage carried out an intensive diagnostic to identify some key barriers and aligned closely with the team to build rapport and trust. Based on these findings both individual and team interventions were provided that included leadership training, team workshop that included psychometrics and individual leadership psychometrics and coaching. Delivered over a period of time in a blended and coordinated way that each element built and supported the previous. 

As a result of Engage’s work, the entire project team has clarity around mission, vision, values as well as personal action plans for the leadership team. It is now much easier to manage the team given there is a common understanding of internal communication.   

Engage's work was of such high quality that we decided to put them on a retainer for the organization for the coming year to work with our program managers as an opportunity for their professional development.
