Vasmijahan Hasanova has over 15+ years of extensive experience in global HR and organizational development within financial and consultancy service sectors. Vasmijahan is the Managing Partner of The MAS Group, supporting Engage in HR Strategy, diversity and inclusion, performance Management, workforce planning and structure, talent recruitment and retention, HR analytics and policy and procedure development.
Vasmijahan completed her MBA specialising in strategic HR management from South Korea, and her Bachelors in English from Azerbaijan. Investing in professional development with certifications in inclusive leadership, coaching, HR data analyst and innovative HR practices.
Vasmijahan speaks Azeri, English and Turkish. She currently lives in Baku, Azerbaijan and works across Central-Asia.
